The third training of the project
As you know, the first training under the project "MechaUZ" of the European Union Erasmus+ CBHE program "Modernization of undergraduate education in the field of mechatronics and robotics in Uzbekistan based on innovative ideas and technologies" was held on May 30, 2022 at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Vilnus Tech), the second training was held on June 18 - 23, 2022 at the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo, Portugal.
The third training of the project was held on May 15-18 of this year in the city of Tashkent at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khorazmi. This training was conducted by the following qualified specialists: Dr. Konstantinos Dimopoulos - on Mobile Robotics, Prof. Vytautas Bučinskas, Dr. Andrius Dzedzickis - Robot control systems, Dr. Uldis Žamis - Application of IoT in environmental monitoring and Dr. Rolando Azevedo (CITIN) - conducted training and exercises on Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence.
May 16.
In the first half of the day, Prof. Vytautas Bučinskas and Dr. Andrius Dzedzickis from VGTU gave training about Robot control system. Afternoon training was conducted by Dr. Uldis Žaimis from LiePU under the topic of Application of IoT in environmental monitoring (Theory).
May 17.
Morning training devoted to the topic of modelling basics in Ansys by Dr. Patriks Morevs from LiePU. The rest of the training was conducted by Dr. Rolando Azevedo from CITIN about Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence (Practical and Theoretical).
May 18.
Dr. Rolando Azevedo continued the training about Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence (Practical and Theoretical). In the second half of the day Mr. Manolis Tzimtzimis from IHU and Dr. Konstantinos Dimopoulos shared valuable information via zoom platform about Additive Manufacturing: From 3D Modeling to 3D Printing and Mobile Robotics, respectively.
At the end, certificates were presented to all participants.
