Second PPT meeting
Currently, the 2nd PPT meeting of the European Union Erasmus+ CBHE program "MechaUZ - Modernization of Mechatronics and Robotics Undergraduate Education in Uzbekistan on the basis of innovative ideas and digital technologies" is taking place at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent.
It is attended by 13 members of the project, including 6 higher education institutions of Europe, 6 of Uzbekistan, and representatives of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education.
On the first day of the meeting, Anastios Ntabizas, the project manager, presented the results of the work carried out within the framework of the project, and exchanged ideas about future plans.
In addition, the issues of development and approval of the "Mechatronics" bachelor's program based on the experience of European partner universities were discussed with the representatives of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education.
The project is aimed at improving the qualifications of participating teachers and trainers, and the higher education institutions responsible for this direction are Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) and Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo (IPVC).
It was decided to hold teacher training sessions from May 29 to June 5 at VGTU in Vilnius. The coaches' training was unanimously approved to be held in Viana Do Castello, Portugal on July 18-22.
According to the agenda, the meeting will last until May 20, and it is planned to visit the laboratories and industrial enterprises established in the universities of our country based on the project.
